Lakeside Cottage nestles on its own private 3 1/2 acres, surrounded by Oak and Pine trees overlooking beautiful Donnell Pond which reaches 3 miles to the base of picturesque Schoodic Mountain.

The Main Floor features a well equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, gas range with oven, dishwasher, disposal and all the necessities to prepare your vacation delicacies. You'll even find spices and essentials like flour and sugar! There is a breakfast bar with three stools. Also in this area is the main dining room with table and six chairs.

The Second Floor with it's balcony allows you to view the living room. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck overlooking the pond. The second bedroom has two double beds and the third has two twin beds with the option of being a king. Each bedroom also has a TV. There is a large full bath with double lavs, tub with shower and a sit down vanity.

The Lower Level is a large family room with another granite fireplace, pool table, living room set, color TV, and wet bar with stools. Sliding glass doors lead onto a shaded pation. There is also a 3/4 bath with shower. The utility room has a furnace which supplies six zones of baseboard hot water heat, a fooseball table, shuffleboard table and ample firewood.

The cathedral ceiling living room has a stereo, CD player, tape dack, Color TV, VCR, and a tall granite fireplace which you can enjoy all the way from the kitchen! Sliding glass doors lead onto a large sunny deck.

The sun room on this floor has a dining table with a comfortable love seat and chairs and a great view. There is a half bath, laundry room and a den with a hide-a-bed couch and chairs on this floor too.

You'll find patio furniture, a gas grill, two canoes, a rowboat, a swim float, life jackets and oars.

All linens are provided throughtout the entire cottage.
