Our Staff - This will be our 18th year of running river trips, and many of our staff have been with us from the better part of those 18 years. Our staff are registered Maine Guides who are personable, responsible and enthusiastic about leading you down the river and showing you an unforgettable time. They enjoy what they do and take pride in running fun and exciting trips. The staff at our two full service resort bases are hospitality professionals.
Our Equipment - We run exclusively Maravia seamless encapsulated self-bailing rafts and continue to be the leader in using the best boats and equipment.
Our Facilities - Although we may raft in the wilderness, our base facilities are comfortable and the best of any whitewater outfitter in Maine. Choose from a charming B&B, fully equipped contemporary and traditional lakeside cabins, cozy cabin tents, or campsites.

Dead River has big water flows only 8 times a year in the early spring and fall, and is one of Maine's undiscovered gems. The 16 mile run is a wild and wolly boulder strewn whitewater bonanza and is the river no serious rafter should miss! Minimum age for rafters is 16 . Contact us for release dates.
Kennebec River is the heart of Maine's whitewater country with 12 miles of fast and deep water daily, our guests most popular trip. The upper Kennebec gorge is where you'll ride the thrilling roller coaster waves of Big Mama and the Three Sisters then plung into boiling Magic Falls. Paddle your way down the lower river on sit-on-top kayaks to look for wildlife. The Kennebec is ideal for families and first time rafters. Minimum age is 10 for the upper river and 7 for the lower river.
Penobscot River and the West Branch region is a mecca for adventurers and is the ultimate challenge in Maine rafting. With Class V whitewater through renowned rapids like Exterminator and the Cribworks; the Penobscot lives up to its reputation. Rafters must be 15 or older to run the entire river.
Spring is a great time to fish and there is no better place to cast a line than in the waterways of Northern Maine. Fish for Landlocked Salmon, Brook Trout and Smallmouth Bass.
Summer is not only a great time for rafting but is also great for canoe and kayak adventures, both whitewater and touring.
