With over 20 beers on draft we are sure to have one that will enhance you dining pleasure. Maine Mocros, Domestic and Belgian as well as many other Imported beers. Wine, Tequila, Rum, Frozen Drinks, Brandy & Cognac, Port, Sherry & Maderia and a wide variety of Whiskey are all available from our full bar.

Jonah's Crab Cakes - Sweet Maine crab meat cakes with a mild chipotle pepper mayonnaise.
Frenchman Bay Smoked Seafood - Smoked peppered Mackerel, smoked Tuna loin & Vermont cheddar served with a light chipotle pepper mayonnaise.

Shiitake Caesar - Our Classic Caesar topped with locally grown Shiitake mushrooms sauteed in a garlic & sesame oil.

Poacher's Special - An exciting chance to try farm-raised Buffalo, Venison, Wild Boar or other exotic game. Generous cuts prepared in a variety of presentations.
Wild Mushroom Risotto - We add local Shiitakes, Portabellos & Criminis to this traditional Italian rice dish.
Champlain Chicken - Half a grilled, local, free-range chicken served with our house Bar-B-Que sauce.
Main Seafood - Lobster, Atlantic Salmon, Scallops, Crab Cakes, Swordfish, Shrimp, Haddock and the Catch of the Day.
Seafood Fettuccini - Scallops, fresh fish & Maine shrimp tossed with fettuccini noodles in our sherried tarragon cream sauce.
