Each condo has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, 2 baths, full kitchen with dishwasher, large living room / dining area, and a deck with a beautiful view of Southwest Harbor and other islands.

And, new in 2001, we now offer on the lower level a spacious one bedroom unit and a disabled access 2 bedroom unit. Call for details on these units.

General Information

• Rates from $500 to $1200 per week
• Seasonal
• Rental from Sat to Sat or from Sun to Sun is available
• Check-in Time 4:00 PM or earlier if porch light is on.
• Check-out Time 9:00 AM.
• A deposit of 1/2 rental fee is required to reserve a cottage. The remaining 1/2 is due 3 weeks before occupancy.
• Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

We are located minutes from Bar Harbor and all popular National Park locations.
