- Rack of Lamb - pan roasted rack of lamb drizzled with a mild mint glaze then finished with a fresh fig & peach relish.
- Cuban Style Lobster & Shrimp - lobster & shrimp sauteed with sweet peppers & onions, and finished with a mild black bean sauce.
- Filet Au Poivre - filet mignon of beef tenderloin crusted with black pepper and mild chilies, finished with a chimichurri sauce
